Refund Policy

  • A $10 charge will be applied to all refunds except session cancellations by SYLS.
  • Refunds and/or withdrawals requested two weeks prior to program start date are subject to a 25% late withdrawal fee of program cost.
  • All Refund/Credit requests must be sent directly to the Senior, Youth & Leisure Services (SYLS).
  • No refunds will be issued after the start of a session except for one of the following reasons:
    • The session is cancelled by SYLS due to low enrollment.
    • The request is accompanied by a written medical excuse from a physician.
  • No refunds/credits and/or transfer of funds after a session has ended.
  • No partial credits/refunds for absences.
  • No credits/refunds for classes during a session canceled due to weather conditions. 
  • Credit Card Refunds: Please allow 7 – 10 business days for credit to be reflected on your credit card statement
  • Check Refunds: Please allow 4 – 6 weeks to receive a refund check by mail.
