The Livingston community is invited to “Religions of the World,” a free event on Thursday, November 21, from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Livingston Senior/Community Center, 204 Hillside Avenue.

The Livingston Diversity & Inclusion Committee, the Livingston Vision 20/20 Committee, and the Livingston Clergy Association are collaborating to organize “Religions of the World” in recognition and celebration of the “melting pot” of cultures and religions in Livingston.

The event will promote education about and understanding of the five major world religions—Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism—through fun games, engaging conversations, prayers, music, and a children’s puppet show.

Families and children are encouraged to come dressed in attire associated with their religion and to arrive promptly at 7 pm. A variety of desserts will be provided.
