Livingston Council for the Arts is a nonprofit arts coordinating
group established by the Town Council to make the arts visible
in Livingston and its surrounding areas. Its aim is to encourage
quality offerings in performing and visual arts programs and
to act as an informal clearing house for all of the artistic
