CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW LIVINGSTON, NEW JERSEY MUNICIPAL COMPLEX (Jeff Payne photos, April 2008) Livingston Township is constructing a new Municipal Complex: a new Town Hall, Municipal Court and Police Department building to be completed sometime in 2010. LIVINGSTON TOWNSHIP OFFICES HAVE MOVED to the Senior/Community Center, 204 Hillside Avenue Telephone numbers remain the same. The Livingston Municipal Court has re-located to 20 Robert Harp Drive (the former Recreation Building).
