Because a quorum is not necessary for the Listening Post, it will begin at 7:00 p.m. as scheduled. The Township Council Conference and Regular meetings previously scheduled for October 9 will also be held at the Senior and Community Center, beginning at 6:30 p.m. (Conference) and 7:00 p.m. (Regular). These meetings will adjourn to allow the Council to attend the Joint meeting with the Board of Education, continuing if needed thereafter. The Livingston Township Council Conference Meeting scheduled for Monday, September 25, 2006 is cancelled, so that the Council can participate in “Family Day – A Day to Eat Dinner With Your Children,” including attendance at the family ice cream social from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Livingston Senior/Community Center. The Township Council will participate in a joint session meeting with the Livingston Board of Education on Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the Senior & Community Center, 204 Hillside Avenue, Livingston, New Jersey, to discuss real property matters in closed session. Township Council Regular and Conference agendas for Monday, September 18 The Listening Post previously scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Monday, September 11, 2006 has been canceled so that the Township Council can attend the Ceremony of Remembrance at the 9-11 Living Memorial Garden on the Oval.  The Conference meeting for that evening will begin at Town Hall at 8:00 p.m. (not 7:30 p.m. as previously noticed). The Livingston Township Council will attend a Public Ceremony at the Town Oval at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2006, honoring the Livingston State Championship Little League teams.  The ceremony will be followed by the previously scheduled Township Council Conference and Regular meetings at Town Hall.
