meeting scheduled for Monday, October 22, 2007 is canceled,
and there will be an additional Conference Meeting of the
Livingston Township Council on Monday, October 29, 2007
at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall for such matters as may come
before the Council needing attention at that time.

In
accordance with the requirements of the Open Public Meetings
Law, P.L. 1975, C. 231, I am providing “48-Hour Notice” that
the Conference Meeting of the Livingston Town Council noticed
for Monday, September 10, 2007 will begin at 7:00
p.m., at the corner of Fellswood Drive and Tanglewood Drive, to
solicit opinions and comments on the Micro Paving test performed
on streets in the area, and for such further matters as may
be brought before the Council.
The Conference meeting
will continue thereafter at Town Hall, 357 South Livingston Avenue.
The Listening Post scheduled for that evening has been canceled.

There will be an additional Regular
Meeting of the Livingston Town Council on Monday, February
26, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. at Town Hall, for the purpose
of Final Hearing on Ordinance 1-2007 Amending C170-86
of the Code of the Township of Livingston – Lot 21,
Block 1900 – R4 Zoning, and for such further matters
as may come before the Council needing attention at that
time.
At 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2007
at Town Hall the Township Council will meet informally with
residents of the Scott Terrace neighborhood to discuss the
proposed rezoning.
The Conference meeting
previously noticed for 7:30 p.m. that evening will
remain as scheduled.
