DIRECT WITHDRAWAL PROGRAM TO PAY PROPERTY TAXES
The Township of Livingston has developed a system to accept Automatic Clearing House (ACH) Debit Payments or Direct Withdrawal Program for quarterly tax payments from Livingston residents. This program will allow residents to sign up with the Township and permit Automatic Debit transactions from their designated checking account whenever a tax payment is due.
This service will assure that your payment is received in a timely manner as well as providing a safe and secure way to pay your taxes without the worry of mail delivery or paying in person.
Quarterly property tax payments as billed will be debited from your account on the payment due dates of February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 or the next business day. The completed authorization form must be mailed to our office no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled draft dates. You may enroll or cancel at any time.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Once you have filed your application with this office, you will receive a confirmation advising you when your automatic debit payments will begin. Until that time, you will need to make payment on your account by cash, check or money order.
