all of whom shall be township residents and are appointed by the Mayor.
The members study and make recommendations to the Township Council on

including water resources and open space, located within the township.
The LEC reviews the potential environmental impacts of applications
heard before the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment.
The mission of the Livingston Environmental Commission is to provide
leadership and vision in support of all township activities involving
the protection, use and restoration of natural resources and open space
located within the township.
The Livingston Environmental

of New Jersey Environmental Commissions at its annual Environmental
Congress on October 21, 2005.
