Registration
Last day to register to vote in the Primary Election is May 15 (Tuesday).
The Clerk’s office at theTown Hall will be open until 9 PM to accommodate new registrations. Call 973-992-5000 for any questions.
Absentee Ballots
Applications are available in the Clerk’s office at the Town Hall. To receive your ballot by mail, the application must be received in the County Clerk’s office (Newark) no later than 7 days prior to the election.
Or….you can physically take the application to the County Clerk’s office, 465 Martin Luther King Blvd., Newark, NJ 07102
up until the day before the election until 3:00 pm (tel: 973-621-5070). You will be given a ballot to vote at that time. Your vote will be counted after the polls close on Election Day.
