RECYCLING AND RECLAMATION COMMITTEE (R AND R)     The Livingston, NJ Recycling and Reclamation Committee began in February 2009 and meets quarterly. It prepared the following list of online resources for environmental and recycling information. In May it held its first workshop on the basics of home composting.
