FREE Tax Preparation for Livingston Residents by United Way of North Essex and AARP Starting January 11, residents of Livingston can make an appointment to have their taxes prepared free of charge by trained and certified volunteers. Only personal income taxes will be done - no business taxes and no day traders. From February 6 through April 15, United Way of North Essex Family Success Center is providing Free Tax Preparation in partnership with the Tax Aide Program of the AARP Foundation, the IRS and the Montclair Public Library. All residents are eligible. Appointments will be available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon at the United Way Building, 60 South Fullerton Avenue, Montclair and on Tuesdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at the Montclair Public Library, 50 South Fullerton Avenue. Call 973-746-4235 to make an appointment Thursday, Friday or Saturday OR call 973-744-0500 to make an appointment on Tuesday. Appointments are necessary so call as soon as possible.
