Kensington Lane & CIT Drive Water Main Extension

September 13, 2022 - Road construction will start on Kensington Lane, weather permitting.  The back gate of the Regency Club leading to Kensington Lane will also be closed. Please observe any posted signs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  On the first few days of construction parking will be restricted in the intersection of Kensington Lane and Regal Blvd as shown in the image below.
