The Livingston Police Department would like to send birthday wishes to children for their special day. The department has made a video featuring many LPD officers offering birthday greetings. To request a video for your child, please send an email with the child’s name and the age they will be turning on their birthday to jklapal@livingstonnj.org at least two weeks in advance of the date.
