Meetings of the Board shall be held at the Livingston Municipal & Police Building 357 South Livingston Avenue, Livingston, New Jersey. Unless the Board determines otherwise, any Conference Meeting or Workshop Meeting shall start at 7:30 p.m., and any Regular Meeting or Special Meeting shall start thereafter.
Each Regular Meeting will ordinarily be preceded by a Conference Meeting.
Formal Action may be taken at any Meeting
Meetings are open to the Public in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act.
The nine (9) member board with two (2) alternates primary responsibilities include: development and adoption of Livingston’s Master Plan, review of land use applications in accordance with state and local regulations, and recommendations of revisions to land use ordinances to the governing body.
Commercial/Site Plan Applicants
All commercial/site plan applicants are encouraged to meet with the Technical Review Advisory Committee (TRAC) prior to being scheduled for a public meeting. The Planning Administrator will determine if an application requires a TRAC review.
