Stations

The Livingston Fire Department is made up of three response stations. Commonly known to the firefighters as Headquarters Station, Northfield Station, and the Circle Station. The fire department currently operates four active engine companies, two reserve engines, one Truck Company and a Rescue Company. The fire houses are placed strategically throughout town to provide a quick response for responding firefighters to each part of the township.

About the Department

The Livingston Fire Department also has a Full Time Chief and Assistant Chief. Each station also consists of a Deputy Chief. The Chief, Assistant Chief, and deputies have vehicles assigned to them by the department. Along with the Chief and Assistant Chief who operate out of the Headquarters Station during the week is the Fire Prevention Bureau.
