Livingston's Commingled Recycling and Paper Recycling are collected on alternating weeks by Waste Industries.
The pick up day for each resident's location is determined by a zone. You can find your zone, collection schedule and what’s recyclable on our Recycling page or by calling the vendor at 908-436-1966.
Put your Recycling out any time after noon on the day before your scheduled pick-up. View the Sections and Zones by Street for garbage and recycling.
If you have any problems or questions, please call Waste Industries directly at 908-436-1966. Town Hall cannot help answer Recycling collection questions.
There is no Recycling pickup on these six holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
If a holiday or inclement weather prevents Recycling from being picked up, the Recycling collection will typically move one day later throughout the rest of the week.
