Level 1 (Online & In-person) This class is for beginners and people interested in a more gentle class. Emphasis will be on stretching, alignment relaxation.
Level 2 (Online) This class is for fit beginners and people interested in an active yoga class. Emphasis will be on stretching, strengthening, toning and relaxation.
Yoga is a system of stretching postures which tone and align the body and help the body absorb the effects of stress to balance and rejuvenate the body and calm the mind. Participants should dress in comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat to each class and a yoga brick(s) if needed. Yoga belts are available if needed.
