Opening Reception: "Fall for Art" @ ACL Gallery
Sunday, November 7, 2021
Join the ACL for a reception celebrating the Gallery's new show, Fall for Art.
Be among the first to view the ACL Gallery’s expansion! Our latest show, Fall for Art, will include a separate area, La Petite Galerie, a space for smaller works of art priced at under $100. The art of JSDD’s WAE Center, an organization new to Livingston, will be featured in another section of the Gallery. The WAE (Wellness, Art, and Enrichment) Center is an adult day program focused on adaptive arts and personal growth. Founded in 2004, it is a holistic learning center for adults with developmental disabilities where art is a core focus.
You can view these works and many others at the ACL Gallery located at 2115 Town Center Way, Livingston. Hugh Mahon, the curator for the Gallery’s show, stated, “The Arts Council hopes it can bring a gallery experience to the Livingston Town Center that serves both creative artists and the art loving public.” Fall for Art will open to the public on Friday, November 5th from 5 pm - 9 pm, with a reception to be held on Sunday afternoon, November 7th from 2 pm - 4 pm.
The ACL Gallery is a cooperative venture staffed by artists and art-loving volunteers. Our exhibits feature works from established artists as well as emerging artists who hope to engage and inspire our visitors. We are proud to be a Committee of the Township of Livingston.
Regular Gallery hours are Fridays 5 pm - 9 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays 1 pm - 5 pm. Masks are optional for the fully vaccinated. Fall for Art will run through Sunday, January 2nd. The Gallery is handicap accessible. We are looking forward to greeting you. For more information call Barbara (973-868-9626) or Viv (973-650-6374).
