Officer Joy Klapal of the Livingston Police Department will present information about common frauds and scams as well as ways to spot a potential scam. Officer Klapal, a 22 year veteran of the department, has been a board member of the Essex County Crime Prevention Officers Association since 2010 and also teaches a weeklong in-service crime prevention class for NJ police officers.
