Update: June 29, 2020
During the June 29, 2020 COVID-19 briefing, Governor Phil Murphy announced that indoor dining will not resume on Thursday, July 2 in New Jersey as previously planned but has been postponed indefinitely.
This decision was made after other states saw spikes in COVID-19 cases following reopening of restaurants for indoor dining.

As New Jersey begins to lift COVID-19 restrictions, restaurants will be looking to reopen their establishments and return to normal business operations.
The Livingston Health Department has advised restaurant management of the guidelines to follow in order to reopen safely, including the National Restaurant’s Reopening Guidance and the FDA’s Food Safety Checklist. Read more...
