Registration is now open for our Summer Online Adult and Senior Fitness classes.
We will continue to offer an abbreviated version of our Fitness class schedule via Zoom platform.
We have received lots of positive feedback from our online spring session participants so at this time we have decided to continue offering live online classes.

Yoga Level 2 7:15-8:15pm starting on 7/7 - 8/18
Wednesdays: Barre Above 8:45am-9:45am starting on 7/8 - 8/19 (NEW TIME)
Zumba Gold 10-10:45am starting on 7/8 - 8/19
Chair Yoga 11am-12pm Starting on 7/8 - 8/19
Thursday: Yoga Level 1 10-11am starting on 7/9 - 8/20
